Preliminary snowfall totals present first winter storm of the season wasn’t messing round – Information 5 Cleveland

CLEVELAND — December made its presence known Tuesday as an overnight winter storm brought heavy snow to most of Northeast Ohio.

Power of 5 meteorologist Trent Magill released preliminary numbers showing the amount of snowfall from the West Side of Cleveland to the East Side of Cleveland.

Snowfall in Cuyahoga County.

Residents in Lorain County have so far seen the most snow, with preliminary numbers showing 9.5 inches of snow overnight.

In places like Parma, six inches of snowfall was recorded.

Six inches of snow fell in Northern Parma.

The map below shows additional snowfall expected for Wednesday morning.
